Terms and Conditions for The Victoria Inn
Minimum Stay
2-night minimum stay requirements are in effect for weekends, and during holidays and local events
Deposits
All reservations are taken with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 72 hours of your arrival date; cancellations will be accepted. We provide two options; your deposit amount is refunded to the credit card on file, minus a $50 cancellation fee OR a gift certificate voucher for the full amount on deposit will be sent via email and can be applied to a future reservation. This optional cancellation gift certificate voucher will expire 1-year from the date of issuance.
All cancellations less than 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of the full amount on deposit unless the room can be rebooked.
No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Want to arrive earlier than our 3pm check-in time? With 24 hours advance notice, we can have your room available for arrival as early as 1pm on the day of arrival. If arriving later than 7:00 PM, we will advise you of our late check-in procedure.
Touchless Payments
Your credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance of your reservation at check-in or your day of arrival, and a receipt will be emailed to you. If you prefer to use a different credit card or form of payment, please let us know.
Breakfast
Continental Breakfast items are available for Victoria Inn guests from 8:30 am – 10:00 am daily to include fresh brewed coffee, tea and cold water available all day.
Housekeeping
During your stay housekeeping service is complimentary and is available upon request. Please contact the staff to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule your room for service.
Free Parking
We do not guarantee parking; all parking is open to the public and free with no limits to include the small lot on our property grounds. Parking on Main St or Church St (runs parallel with Main St) is also free and open to the public with no limits.
Additional Persons
If there are additional persons over the base occupancy, 10 years of age or older staying in the room, there is a $25 fee per person.
Quiet Time:
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and community, they are nice people just like you.
Pet Policy
We are happy to offer “dog friendly” accommodation at limited locations managed by our company. The Wisteria Cottage on site at The Victoria Inn as well as two of our off-site V Vacation Rental Properties The Oaks Poolside Retreat and Crestview Pond Estate Cottage. There is a $25 fee per dog, per nightly stay.
If it is determined that you have brought a dog(s) into any of our other rooms or vacation rental properties either on or off site, a fee of $300.00 for a professional cleaning of the room or property will be charged to your credit card on file.
Service Animals Always Welcome
If you have a pet that is NOT a service animal, we respectfully request that you honor the good work of service animals by not claiming that your pet is a service animal.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• A service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
• “Companion” and “Comfort” dogs are not “service animals” protected by the ADA.
• We may ask you (1) whether the dog is a service dog required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task the dog has been trained to perform
Smoking
As a smoke-free environment, smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the premises, including balconies and porches. A $250.00 fee will be applied for the cleaning of a room, if smoking occurs in the room or on the balcony.
